Starting therapy can feel unfamiliar. You may wonder what you’re supposed to say, whether your struggles are “enough,” or what happens in a session. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin.
🌱 What we explore together
Therapy can be a space to:
- Understand patterns that keep repeating in your relationships and life
- Explore your emotions and learn to relate to them differently
- Build a stronger connection with yourself
- Understand how your past experiences influence the present
- Develop healthier ways of responding, communicating, and caring for yourself
💬 What happens in a session?
Sessions are a space to:
- Talk about what is feeling difficult
- Explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns
- Notice what keeps showing up
- Build awareness and new ways of responding
Sometimes therapy involves insight. Sometimes it involves sitting with difficult emotions. Sometimes it involves practising new ways of relating to yourself and others.
There is no pressure to have the “right” answers.
